Part of our service includes regular checks of your property to highlight any potential issues or hazards that need to be rectified. Should an issue be found, we report this to you and, with your permission, instruct one of our fully-insured contractors to quote for the work. Once you receive the quote and agree to it, we instruct the contractor to carry out the work and make arrangements with the tenant.
Occasionally, we may receive a call which we determine as an emergency, such as securing windows, stopping leaks or changing locks. Our landlords and tenants have the reassurance of our 24/7 service, where we promise to be there within 30 minutes.
