Part of our Fully Managed Service includes property visits where we visit the property and check the property is being looked after but also to highlight any potential issues and/or hazards that need to be rectified.Should we identify any potential issues, we will contact you to advise and with your permission, instruct a contractor to price up the work involved. Once you receive the quote and agree to it, we instruct the contractor to repair and organise it with the tenant.All of our contractors are qualified professionals and fully insured to carry out the work. Our database of contractors include:

- Woodwork preservationists
- Flooring specialists
- Kitchen fitters
- Window fitter/boarder
- Removal companies
Occasionally, we may receive a call which we determine as an emergency, such as securing windows, gaining access, stopping leaks or changing locks.
Part of our Fully Managed service is that our tenants and Landlords have the reassurance of 24/7 maintenance. By acting in good time we can minimise the cost of repairs and our promise is to be there within 30 minutes in case of emergency (out of hours call out charges apply).
Owning a rental property comes with certain legal obligations. Our property maintenance team will ensure that your property is compliant and keep you informed of any changes to legislation which may affect you.
All of our jobs are supervised by a Property Manager who will keep you informed on the progress of any repairs. Should you wish to organise and supervise your own repairs, we still invite you to use our approved contractors at no extra cost.
